Analysis of Youth (as youth is the target audience)
• The youth, and many mature people, don’t have any idea about proper behavior for success.
• The youth, engulfed on computer games and chatting in the internet, will eventually finish school, if not dropout, and will get a job, and many will marry earlier and then have kids.
• The majority of the youth will get older and their thinking is not geared into doing the disciplines and behavior to make them attain a wealthy living.
• The youth today have the behavior of anger and nonchalance and they harbor the idea that they have sufficient knowledge to live a satisfying life.
• Without being initiated into the knowledge of proper behavior and proper attitude, the youth today will approach their mature years financially empty and in the quagmire of struggles.
• The youth definitely need initiation into the knowledge of successful living.
Awareness And Initiation
• Making the youth become aware of their current realities is likened to a monkey touching a hot stove- they will realize that they have to get off of something and get initiated into a new thing.
• The youth lives on the understanding of friends, of school, of parents, and of siblings, of email and internet surfing, but hardly on preparation for what is ahead. They do have ambitions and dreams and they desire to have a prosperous future. Yet, they don’t have much inkling on self-discipline and proper handling of their emotions.
• It’s one thing to have the desire to become wealthy, yet it is another thing how to make that desire come true. Success is not a cataclysmic thing, like all of a sudden it will just happen. Success is a series of behavioral disciplines that buildup over time- which compound and compound- similar to money deposited in the bank to earn interest.
• If the youth don’t get initiated into the proper behavior and disciplines, they will find themselves in ten or twenty years after in poverty and in the quagmire of difficulties.

Michael Jordan, the greatest basketball star, when he was 13 years old was turned down from a basketball team because he was little in body. He went home crying. His mom initiated him into the world of reality by telling him: “It is not the size of the player in the game but the size of the game in the player.” This statement was his turn-around.
• Any youth, with a normal mind, has the potential to become great and the potential to become wealthy. But he or she has to be initiated into the knowledge of success. The initiation is done through training.

Who is Dr. John E. Ayudtud, owner of SuperMindsSystems?
Dr. John E. Ayudtud is a behavioral scientist currently connected with Japan Institute of Negotiation. He is also a visiting professor and lecturer at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan under Dr. Tadashi Fujita, a Harvard graduate. Currently based in New York City, U.S.A., Dr. John Ayudtud is propagating the Ayudtudism Philosophies for self-cure, physically and emotionally. He believes that Ayudtudism will become a part of curriculum studies in universities and learning institutions globally.
Born in Sicpao, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur, in the Philippines, he became an evangelist at age 17, pastor at age 18 and immigrated to the United States at age 30.
The year 2001 was the turn-around year of his life. Pioneering a church in san Jose, California, and pursuing God’s direction with utmost intensity, he amazingly got a visitation of the Lord Jesus Christ in person on January 1, 2001, at around 9:30PM- while he was lying down on his bed preparing to go to sleep. That personal visitation changed his life forever.
Dr. John Ayudtud was an ambassador for peace wih the PEACE United Nations to Israel in 2003, and he also became Philippine representative to the convention of PEACE UN in 2004.
He was published on Shimbon Tokyo, Japan’s largest newspaper, in November of 2004, when he was the guest speaker to top 30 businessmen in Tokyo, Japan. He also became a special lecturer at the 17th annual conference of professors in Waseda University. The British Ambassador to Japan was his co-speaker and lecturer.
Dr. John Ayudtud heard God’s voice in January of 2002 in New York City telling him that “the world is his university and that all people in the world are his students.”
